Dale began her career in Santa Barbara CA selling luxury homes and estates. Since moving to South Carolina and joining Lake Keowee Real Estate in 2018, Dale’s focus has been on both waterfront and interior properties including both existing homes and new build sites, in and around Lake Keowee in upstate South Carolina.
Following the simple philosophy that “knowledge is power” Dale shares with her clients, her understanding of the ever changing dynamics in the real estate market and the unique components involved in the purchase or sale of Lake Keowee property. Having experienced first-hand the process of land purchase to custom home build, It is important to Dale that her clients, whether they’re buying an existing home or building their dream home, feel knowledgeable, comfortable and most importantly, in control throughout the whole process.
Dale has a down to earth approach with her clients and is committed to establishing long term relationships based on integrity, transparency, professionalism, excellent service and communication.
In her free time, Dale enjoys cooking, traveling and anything to do on or in beautiful Lake Keowee.
